PPG SigmaCover 350 LT is a two component, high build polyamide cured epoxy primer coating for application down to -5°C.
PPG SigmaCover 350 LT is a surface tolerant primer / coating for topsides, decks, superstructures and cargo holds. This coating has good impact resistance and is compatible with various aged coatings. With excellent corrosion resistance, PPG SigmaCover 350 LT is resistant to splash and spillages of a wide range of chemicals.
Able to cure down to -5°C, PPG SigmaCover 350 Low Temperature is ideal for winter application.
Prepare steel by blast cleaning to ISO-Sa2.5 with a blasting profile of 40 - 70 microns. At freezing temperatures, the substrate must be free from ice. Only apply between -5°C and 15°C. Apply two coats at 125 microns DFT. Apply using air spray, airless spray, brush or roller.
Suitable for overcoating with compatible epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
