Centrecoat MMA is an extremely hard wearing cold plastic that is ideal for high traffic areas such as transverse bar markings, box junctions and mini roundabouts. Centecoat MMA is fast curing, highly durable and has the potential to last up to 20 years. It offers a high skid resistance incorporating aggregates premixed in the resin.
Centrecoat MMA benefits from being the most durable, longest lasting line marking paint product available. Depending on use, Centrecoat MMA can last over 20 years. This line marking paint can be applied in damp conditions (subject to the use of Centrecoat MMA Damp Primer) or can be applied in temperatures down to -25°C and can be traffiked with 1 hour. MMA is suitable for use for heavy industrial use as well as for continual vehicle traffic in distribution centres, airports, car parks, ferry terminals and in areas of extreme weather conditions.
Centrecoat Road Line MMA is supplied as a two pack material consisting of the Base component, and the Catalyst component. Incorporate the Catalyst component under mechanical stirring and mix for 1-2 minutes. Professional use recommended. Apply Centrecoat MMA line marking using short nap pile, smooth lambswool rollers or squeegee at a nominal rate of 1-2kg/m2. On porous or open surfaces a second coat may be required.
Primer not normally required. Clean equipment with Centrecoat MMA Tool Cleaner immediately after use.
