Rust-Oleum-Mathys 9180 High Performance Metal Primer is a fast drying product, based on solvent-based epoxy resins that contain rust inhibitive pigments to protect all metal surfaces.

Rust-Oleum-Mathys 9180 High Performance Metal Primer is available in grey or red and can be used on all sound substrates.

Best Uses

Rust-Oleum-Mathys 9170/9180 High Performance Metal Primer is best used for priming all sound substrates including bare, blasted and galvanised steel. Rust-Oleum-Mathys 9180 High Performance Metal Primer is ideally suited for all industrial exposures as well as construction sites and areas exposed to high humidity, such as coastal and marine enclosures.

Application

Rustoleum-Mathys 9180 High Performance Metal Primer has been designed to be applied by spray gun but can be applied using brush and roller too for touch ups and small jobs only. Rust-Oleum-Mathys 9180 High Performance Metal Primer has a theoretical coverage rate of 7m2 per litre and offers a touch dry time of just 1 hour.
