FLAG Anti-climb Paint is a thick black glutinous coating. In appearance it is similar to smooth gloss paint when applied but remains slippery indefinitely so preventing any intruder from gaining a foothold. It is very difficult to remove from clothing. Anti-climb paint continues to work in hot or cold weather conditions adhering to the surfaces to which it is applied. London Underground Limited LUL Reg No.1952
Note: As a lawful requirement do not apply under 2m height, users must erect a warning sign after Anti Climb has been applied. FLAG Anti-Climb Paint has a theoretical coverage of 2.5 litres per sq. metre.
Anti Climb (non-drying) Paint is a thick jelly type paint that is suitable for Brick, Cement, Wood, Metal, Roof Tiles and most Building Materials. Anti Climb Paint does not dry The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust, sand, loose old paint, dirt, grease and oil. Apply using a Stiff Brush, Trowel or by hand wearing protective gloves. Anti Climb Paint removel is carried out by applying solvent, normally white spirit to the existing anti climb paint. This will make it easier to remove.
We are asked if it is possable to buy clear anti climb paint the answer is no. Flag Anti Climb Paint is available only in black. If you require other colours the Coo-Var C264 Vandalene Anti-Climb Paint is available in Black, Green, Red and Grey. White Anti-Climb Paint is not avaiable.
