Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer is a clear, water-dispersed polyurethane sealer designed to protect and seal concrete surfaces, providing a hygienic and durable floor.
Best Uses
The application of Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer helps to protect the floor surface and ease maintenance by reducing the adhesion of dirt and other debris, whilst eliminating dusting. Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer is UV stable and resistant to many of the chemicals commonly found in industrial applications.

Application
Surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free from dust or other debris or contaminants. Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer can be used to seal some screeds as soon as 1 hour after the screed has set, dependent on temperature and humidity conditions.
For best results, mix component A with component B for a minimum of 2 minutes using a high speed mixer, such as a drill with paddle attachment. Once mixed, leave to rest for 5 minutes, and then remix to consistency at a slow speed. Prior to application of neat Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer, it is recommended that a dilute coat 1:1 Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer/Water be applied. This should be followed by 1 or 2 coats of neat Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer.
Pour neat Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer into a roller tray and, using a roller, apply it evenly over the surface at a rate of approximately 10m² per litre. When applying a second coat of Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer, we would recommend that this be applied at an angle of 90 degrees to the first coat to ensure complete coverage. Under typical conditions, a second coat can be applied approximately 1 hour after the first.
When coating a smooth floor, it is recommended to use a short hair mohair roller.
The first coat of Centrecoat 2 Pack PU Floor & Driveway Sealer should be applied diluted 1:1 with water, and subsequent coats should be applied neat. Typical coverage of the first coat is approximately 10m2 per litre of diluted material, and the typical coverage of subsequent coats is 10m2 per litre of neat material.
Coverage rates are approximate and will vary according to amount of overcoating during application and substrate porosity. Each subsequent coat will generally require less material.
