Centrecoat R04 BG Hard Landscape Cleaner is a high performance renovating cleaner for removing algae growth from porous hard ground surfaces such as stone surfaces, pavements, patios, etc.
Best Uses
Centrecoat R04 BG Hard Landscape Cleaner is suitable for exterior porous hard ground surfaces such as natural stone, cement, tarmac, brick, terracotta etc. Ideal for cleaning organic microbiological growth from driveways, pathways, patios, decking, exterior steps, platforms, forecourts, porous external furniture such as stone benches or even tennis courts.
Application
Centrecoat R04 BG Hard Landscape Cleaner is supplied ready to use. Apply neat product to a dry or damp surface with a brush, roller or sprayer. Soak the complete area with a generous and even application. Leave for a minimum of 20 - 90 minutes. Agitate the surface with a scrubbing brush for heavy cleaning. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry. If soiling is still present a repeated application may be required.
After treatment, it is ideal to protect the cleaned surface with an anti fungal agent to limit re growth. To brighten paths and patios leave longer before rinsing (up to 8 hours). It is best to apply the product in dry, cool conditions and allow the product to work overnight.
Always test a small area before use, preferably hidden.
After cleaning, we suggest sealing the substrate with Centrecoat All Surface Protector. This will ensure the slabs will stay cleaner longer.
