Johnstone's Trade 2 Pack Epoxy Water Based Wall Coating is suitable for interior walls durability is required against chemical attack and abrasion. Ideal for areas that are regularly scrubbed and washed down with harsh cleaning agents. Prisons, abattoirs, milking parlours etc.

This product is low odour, with excellent abrasion resistance, and is supremely washable.

Application

All surfaces to be painted should be sound, clean, dry and free from dust and other contaminants, in particular oil, grease, curing compounds, release agents, chalk, mildew and loose or flaking material. Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960’s paint surfaces over wood and metal, as they may contain harmful lead.

The base and activator should be mixed together at a ratio of 4/1 by volume. Ensure that the components are completely mixed before application. A first coat thinned with 10% water is recommended on bare concrete. The mixture must be used within 11/2 hours of mixing. Suitable for application by brush or roller.
