Lacq Produra is a durable and high quality exterior wood protective stain, that provides colour without hiding the texture of the wood surface.
Lacq Produra is a natural wood stain containing very little solvents. Thanks to the unique composition Lacq Produra nourishes the wood from within providing a translucent stain.
Lacq Produra benefits from high flexibility so it will not crack, peel or blister even in severe exterior weather conditions. Lacq Produra allows the wood to breathe, does not yellow and remains true to colour thanks to the highly resistant UV-filter.
Lacq Produra is suitable for all exterior wood such as wooden cladding, as a shed stain, as a decorative coating for veranda’s, fences and shutters.
Surface should be dry, dust free and free of any surface contamination ie. oil or grease etc. Remove any loose parts. Sanding is not necessary, only when a smooth finish is required. Stir Lacq Produra well before use. Apply using a flat brush, roller or spray to ensure a neat finish. Apply Produra following the direction of the wood grain. A second layer can only be applied after complete drying of approximately 16 hours.
It is recommended to apply three coats onto untreated timber.
