Mapei Ultimate Leveller 1210 Levelling Compound

Mapei Ultimate Leveller 1210 Levelling Compound is a self levelling and smoothing compound specifically designed for use on internal flooring in both domestic and commercial properties.

Best Uses

Ultimate Leveller 1210 Levelling Compound is the ideal compound for levelling and smoothing internal floors prior to the application of floor coverings. It is designed to level differences of thickness from 1mm to 10mm on both new and existing concrete, terrazzo, stone, screeds and ceramic tiles.  Ultimate Leveller 1210 can be used in both commercial and domestic properties, and is suitable for use on floors with underfloor heating systems (including electric mats).

Application

Always ensure that the surface is fully prepped prior to application. The substrate must be solid, free of dust, oil, paint, loose particles, gypsum residues and any other substances that could compromise the bond.
Any cementitious surfaces that are not sufficiently solid should be removed, and any cracks repaired with a suitable filler, such as Mapei Eporip.

Once prepped the substrate will need to be primed with either Mapei ECO Prim Grip Plus or Eco Prim T Plus, before applying Ultimate Leveller 1210 Levelling Compound.

Mix 20kg of Ultimate Leveller 1210 powder into a bucket containing 3.8 - 4 litres of clean water, and stir mechanically at low speed until the mix is free of lumps. Apply in a single coat from 1 to 10 mm in thickness
to a fully prepared sub-floor. A spiked roller may be used (depending on the thickness required) to eliminate any entrapped air and attain a smooth finish, suitable to receive all types of floor finishes.
