PPG SigmaFast 205 is a high build polyamide cured zinc phosphate epoxy primer two component high build polyamide cured zinc phosphate epoxy primer/coating and should be used as a general purpose epoxy primer/coating for atmospheric conditions.
PPG SigmaFast 205 is highly suited for use in external conditions for the protection of metal substrates where atmospheric effects can damage the surfaces performance. SigmaFast coatings offer toughness and long term flexibility and offer users speed of application and a fast drying process.
PPG SigmaFast 205 can be applied easily using an airless spray gun with a theoretical coverage rate of 8.8m2 per litre, brought to you at a low cost. SigmaFast 205 is touch dry within 2 hours and can be recoated after just 4 hours. When used as a primer, SigmaFast 205 can be recoated with most two component epoxy and polyurethane topcoats.
