Sika Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller

Sika Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller is a two part, total solid, low VOC, polyurethane which is used for sealing and levelling.

Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller forms an important part of the Sika ComfortFloor Pro and Sika ComfortFloor Decorative Pro Systems. With its low VOC and polyurethane properties, it is of particular benefit for interiors where a low odour and easy clean product is an asset. Condensation should be avoided during the application of Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller.

Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller is a durable high quality compound which is used for sealing and levelling the permeable surface of prefabricated granular rubber sheets. Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller is suitable for interior use and particularly so within areas such as hospitals, schools and open plan offices, where a low odour product is particularly relevant.

Application

Prior to application, surfaces should be mechanically prepared to remove cement laitance and achieve an open textured surface. Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller should be mechanically stirred but over mixing must be avoided to minimise air entrainment. Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller should be applied with a serrated/notched trowel in order to achieve a smooth wearing layer. Surface and Environment

Sikafloor Comfort Porefiller provides a sealed and levelled surface for concrete substrates and cementitious screeds. It is suitable for interior environments and the substrate / uncured floor must be at least 3°C above dew point.
