Teknospro Binder - Dust Binder is a water-borne, colourless, acrylic-based dust binder for walls and ceilings indoors. The product has been classified in Emission Classification of building materials to Group M1.
Best Uses
Teknospro Binder is best used for dust binding of untreated concrete, brick, building blocks, building boards etc. indoors. Colourless Teknospro Binder does not colour or darken treated mineral surfaces. The treated surface can be over coated with Teknos water-borne indoor paints if needed.
Application
The surface to be treated must be clean and dry. Teknospro Binder is a product which is ready to use and which can be tinted to transparent shades, if needed. This attention colouring helps to ascertain that a sufficient dust binding film has been applied. Application by brush, roller or airless spray once or twice. Suitable nozzle for airless spray is 0.013 - 0.017 inches.
Application conditions: The surface to be treated must be dry. The temperature of the ambient air and the surface shall be above +5°C and the relative air humidity below 80%.
