Centrecoat Concrete & Brick Sealer is an acrylic water-based impregnation treatment which protects by giving added strength to a concrete or brick substrate.

Best Uses

Centrecoat Concrete & Brick Sealer is formulated to assist in preventing concrete floors and brick walls from dusting. Suitable for use in warehouses, car parks, garages and manufacturing units. Suitable for both new and old concrete surfaces, but not suitable for power-floated concrete floors.

Water repellent, but the product is not a coating
Chemically resistant to mild acids and alkalis and de-icing salts

Application

Carry out a trial application first for approval. Easy to apply via sprayer or brush. A single application is sufficient, although to achieve a deeper shade then an additional application should be applied. Cracks in substrate must be repaired using a concrete/mortar repair system prior to use. Moisture content should be = or <5% to a depth of 1cm.

The surface must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil, efflorescence, organic growth and old coating films. Centrecoat Brick & Concrete Sealer may be applied using low pressure spray or brush. Ensure application is from bottom to top on vertical surfaces, taking care not to let the product run. Subsequent application to be applied 5 hours after first application.

Centrecoat Brick & Concrete Sealer will not perform if applied over non absorbent surfaces.

Stock Colours:	Available in Natural (Milky), Light Grey and Buff
Tintable:	No.
VOC Content:	10g per Litre.
Suitable Substrates:	Brick or Concrete. Not suitable for power floated concrete floors.
Application Method:	Via sprayer or brush.
Theoretical Coverage:	Architectural Concrete: 8-10m2 per litre per coat. Block Pavers: 5-8m2 per litre per coat.
Recoatable:	Apply wet on wet until substrate reaches 100% absorbtion.
Cleaner / Thinner:	Do not thin. Clean tools with water.
Shelf Life:	24 months in unopened containers kept from frost or extreme heat.
Packaging:	5 Litre tins.
