Carry out a trial application first for approval. Easy to apply via sprayer or brush. A single application is sufficient although to achieve a deeper shade then an additional application should be applied. Cracks in substrate must be repaired using a concrete/mortar repair system prior to use. Moisture content should be = or <5% to a depth of 1cm. Surface must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil, efflorescence, organic growth and old coating films. Centrecoat Brick & Concrete Sealer may be applied using low pressure spray or brush. Ensure application is from bottom to top on vertical surfaces taking care not to let the product run. Subsequent application to be applied 5 hours after first application. Centrecoat Brick & Concrete Sealer will not perform if applied over non absorbent surfaces.
