Centrecoat MMA Freezer Grade Clear Sealer
MMA Freezer Grade Clear Sealer is a two pack, ultra fast curing sealer for use as the finish coat for MMA flooring products in the Centrecoat MMA FG range. Hygenic and easily cleaned for use in cold rooms such as refrigeration chambers and cold temperature storage.
Best Uses
The application of a clear sealer coat is recommended to reduce any tendency towards staining and dirt pick up, and thereby ensure optimum ease of cleaning of Centrecoat's Freezer Grade Methyl Methacrylate resin floor system.
Centrecoat MMA FG Clear Sealer is formulated for use as a sealer for Centrecoat MMA FG Deck Coat. Suitable for cold rooms such as refrigeration chambers, cold chambers, cooler chambers, restaurant cold storage, food cold rooms, industrial freezers, restaurant freezers, cold temperature storage, refrigerators in commercial premises and commercial beverage coolers.

System
Application
Previously applied Centrecoat MMA FG systems should have been allowed to cure for at least 1 hour at 20°C. Centrecoat MMA FG is supplied as a two pack
material consisting of: a BASE component and a CATALYST component. Add the CATALYST component to the BASE component and mix thoroughly, preferably by mechanical means.
Apply by short nap perlon, or smooth lambswool rollers, at a nominal rate of 0.3 – 0.6kg/m2, depending on surface profile. NOTE: a second coat applied at the same rate is recommended where aggressive chemicals or heavy wear will be encountered.
Clean equipment immediately after use using Centrecoat MMA Tool Cleaner.

Centrecoat MMA FG Clear Sealer has a minimum shelf life of 6 months when stored in original, unopened containers, in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. |
