Best Uses

The Double Headed Gas Torch can be used to assist in drying the surface quickly (Tarmac, Concrete flooring etc.). Please be aware that the double headed torch will use double the amount of gas, and this should be taken into account when purchasing the propane.

The Single Head Thermoplastic Gas torch is used to apply thermoplastic letters, thermoplastic numbers, and thermoplastic logos on a variety of different surfaces to create a durable finish that can be walked on and driven over within minutes.

Application

The Thermoplastic Gas torches are easy to use but should only be handled by a responsible adult. The gas torches are tools that literally attach to a gas bottle (not provided) and work by manual application. Hold the torch 10-15cm away from the thermoplastic products to apply the correct amount of heat, that will leave you a finish that dries within minutes.

Whilst the double headed torch is mainly used for drying the floor surface prior to application, it can also be used to directly apply the thermoplastics, however extra care should be taken not to overheat the surface.
