Coo-Var Anti Condensation Paint helps prevent condensation forming on walls and ceilings in moisture prone areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. Contains a biocidal product for the preservation of the paint film and to reduce discolouration.
Best Uses
Coo-Var Anti Condensation Paint is an ideal white paint for the painting of moisture prone walls and ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms and indoor swimming pools. Coo-Var Anti Condensation is especially effective in rooms prone to airborne moisture such as bathrooms, wet rooms, communal shower/changing rooms and kitchens. This product contains a biocidal product for the preservation of the dry film and to reduce discolouration.
For interior use only. This anti-condensation paint can be left as a topcoat or overcoated with emulsion.
Application
All surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from contaminants and grease. Scrape and brush the surface to remove any loose flaking material. Flat down glossy surfaces with abrasive paper. Treat any mould or lichen with a proprietary mould remover with a scraper or a stiff brush then treat again.
Prime bare metal areas with Coo-Var All Metals Primer. Apply using brush or roller. Mix well prior to use.
