Graphenstone GCS Exterior Premium is ideal for use on exterior walls in the construction, restoration and repainting industries. Suitable substrates include: Plaster, gypsum, mortars, old paint, prefabricated panels and unlaminated wallpaper, brick or perlite.
Graphenstone GCS Exterior Premium contains Graphenstone Technology, so as well as being tough and long lasting, it is free of all toxic substances and also highly breathable, therefore avoiding condensation.
The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Mineral substrates must be at least 28 days old.
Ensure the substrate to be painted is thoroughly cleaned with any organic growth and/or other impurities removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose.
Depending on the nature of the surface, the actions prior to application of the paint vary as follows:
Shake and dilute the product with water using 10-15% per litre (Approx. 150-200ml water p/L or 19-26 fl. oz. of water p/Gal of paint). Ensure good mixing. Avoid excessive shaking to minimise bubble occlusion.
On transparent bases, or intense colours, dilute with water at 5-10% of the weight of the product (approx. 100-150 ml of water per litre of product).
The recommended application method is by Roller, Brush or Airless Spray.
