Graphenstone MinerMastic Premium is a renovation putty for the repair of surface defects.

Graphenstone MinerMastic Premium is ideal for filling small defects such as crevices, small holes and surface cracks (1-2 mm) and to repair chipping of existing paint.

Graphenstone MinerMastic Premium can be applied on all surface types common to construction, such as prefabricated panels and repainted substrates.

Application

The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose, such as Centrecoat GS36 Fungicidal Wash. If the substrate is not well adhered, remove the non-adherent areas by scraping and brushing.

Shake well, then gradually add water at 30-35% per litre of product (Approx. 300-350ml water per litre of product) until a homogenous pasty texture is obtained.

• Surface defects: Fill the surface defect and / or the joint between panels. Place fibreglass mesh with a 2mm grid for surface joints and cracks greater than 1mm. Finally, regulate the surface by applying 1 - 2 coats of product and sand after drying.
• Surface filling: Apply 1 - 2 coats, adequately spreading the product. After drying, sand and brush. Working thickness: <3mm.
