Graphenstone Filler is an ideal mineral primer filler. It regularises surface texture and absorption of interior and exterior mortar, brick and concrete.
Graphenstone Filler Premium TX100 can be applied on all surface types that are common to construction, e.g. mortar, brick, concrete, old paint, etc.
As with any project, the surface must be fully prepped prior to application. Always ensure that the substrate is dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Any organic growth and/or other impurities should also be removed by thorough cleaning with Centrecoat GS36 Fungicidal Wash or a similar product designed specifically for this purpose. If the substrate is not well adhered, has chips or remaining patches of existing paint, these should also be removed by scraping and brushing.
If the substrate has any salt deposits, brush and apply Graphenstone Neutralysal Premium.
Shake and dilute with water using 10-15% per litre of product (Approx. 150-200ml water per litre of primer). Mix thoroughly and avoid excessive shaking to minimise bubble occlusion.
Paint in sections, starting with the borders. Without overloading the roller, dip it lightly into the primer and apply 1 coat evenly. Do not paint over areas that are drying and avoid splices.
Please note that an excess of product per coat can generate micro-fissures.
