Mapei Mapecure E 30

Mapei Mapecure E 30 is a white water emulsion of special resins which forms an even, lightly elastic film on concrete that is impermeable to water and air.

Mapei Mapecure E 30 provides reliable protection against rapid evaporation of water in concrete, whether exposed to direct sunlight or under severe rapid drying conditions caused by wind, low humidity, or high environment or concrete temperatures.

Mapei Mapecure E 30 is ideal to protect fresh concrete from rapid water evaporation caused by wind or sunlight and to reduce surface cracking. Mapecure E 30 is especially recommended for protecting concrete structures such as industrial floors, exterior paving (road, parking lots), airport runways, renders, dam faces, bridges, canals and reservoirs.

Application

Mapecure E 30 should be applied to the surface of the concrete after evaporation of bleeding water. For industrial paving, Mapecure E 30 must be applied after the concrete has started to set. For formed concrete Mapecure E 30 must be applied immediately after stripping the formwork.

Preparing the product
Carefully mix Mapecure E 30 before applying. Mapecure E 30 must be used without any other dilution.

Applying the product
Apply Mapecure E 30 in one spray coat with approx. 1 atmosphere of pressure in a thin and even layer. After approx. 2 - 3 hours at +20°C Mapecure E 30 will be resistant to rain and washing.
