PPG Phenguard Subsea 610 is a subsea primer for the 2-coat system with PPG Phenguard Subsea 780.
Steel should be blast cleaned ion situ to at least ISO Sa2 1/2 with a blasting profile of between 50 - 100 microns. Steel must be free from rust, scale, shop primer and any other contamination. The temperature of the paint should preferably be above 15C otherwise extra thinner may be required to obtain application viscosity.
