Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 is a solvent free, two component, epoxy primer, designed for application to concrete and masonry surfaces.

Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 is part of our fantastic range of primers, thinners and cleaners, and can be used on all concrete based and masonry walls/floors.

Best Uses

Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 is strongly recommended for use on porous, mineral materials to offer excellent adhesive qualities before the overcoating of other Rustoleum Products, including, Compound System 5400, Solvent-free High-Build Epoxy System 5500, High-Performance Epoxy System 9100 Topcoats and can also be used as a tack-coat for Rustoleum Concrete Repair Mortar 5403 and Epoxy Floor Mortar 5800.

Application

Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 can be applied using brush or roller for a theoretical coverage rate of 9-10m2 per litre and is available in 5 litre containers for an overall coverage rate of up to 50m2 depending on the porosity of the surface.

Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 can be used on all concrete and masonry surfaces that need an adhesive primer for protection and the preparation of an overcoating product. Rustoleum Impregnation Primer 5401 is a top of the range primer that has been specially designed for floor use in light industrial exposures and/or domestic use.
