Sika Sikagard® 63N is a two part solvent free epoxy resin paint for use in normal to highly aggressive chemical environments, offering ultimate protection.

Please note, tints of this product have a MOQ of 60Kg.

Sikagard® 63N is a complete solid, two part, epoxy resin coating designed for use in normal to highly aggressive chemical environments and provides a number of surfaces with a highly resistant protective coating against abrasion, corrosion and mechanical attack.

Best Uses

Sikagard® 63N is a multi-purpose product which can be used on items including storage tanks, linos, bund areas, sewage works, bottling plants, food and beverage plants as well as agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical plant.

  • Abrasion resistant universal coating material designed for normal to highly aggressive chemical environments
  • For use on concrete, cementitious mortars and rendering, epoxy mortars (including Sika®-EpoCem), steel and aluminium
  • For protective lining of storage tanks, silos and bund areas
  • As an anti-corrosion coating in food and beverage processing plants, sewage works, agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, bottling plants etc
  • Also used as part of glass fibre reinforced self supporting linings with crack bridging properties for bund areas and storage tanks

Application

Sikagard® 63N can be applied using a stiff brush, short piled, chemical resistant roller or airless spray and is recoatable five hours after the original application. Sikagard® 63N has a theoretical coverage rate of 4 square metres per kg and is available in a choice of red, green or grey tints, which produces a highly decorative and smooth finish.

Surface and Environment

Sikagard® 63N is suitable for use on concrete, cementitious mortars and rendering, epoxy mortars, steel and aluminium. It provides a strong corrosion and chemical resistant coating, for use in interior or exterior commercial and industrial exposures.

Suitable for protective lining of storage tanks, silos and bund areas. As an anti-corrosion coating in food and beverage processing plants, sewage works, agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, bottling plants etc.
