Teknos Teknoseal 4002 is a water borne industrial sealer for the treatment of MDF/HDF exterior grade windows and doors. It can be applied by by all conventional spraying systems - both hand spraying and automated spraying system.
Teknoseal 4200 is used for the treatment of MDF/HDF exterior grade for windows and doors
Pre-treatment: The material must be clean and free from wood dust and contamination. All parts must be pre-treated with a Teknos primer and in order to secure optimum effect all milled grooves and cut edges must be pre-treated by brush with TEKNOSEAL 4002 before they are sprayed.
The product is delivered ready for use. Stir the product well before use, application is by either Airmix (aircoat) or airless by hand or in automatic spraying equipment. See data sheet for spraying conditions.
All treated parts must always be protected with a topcoat treatment before they are exposed to the influence of the weather.
