Tensid Cladex Restore is a waterborne, clear, non hazardous surface protector and restorer suitable for most types of contemporary cladding materials.

Best Uses

Tensid Cladex Restore is ideal for use on modern cladding materials such as anodised aluminium, plastics and painted metalsurfaces. Cladex Restore will provide a durable dirt repellent UV stable surface protection and revive dull and weathered surfaces.

Application

Always test each type of surface to ensure suitability and desired results. Apply test area according to the following application procedures. Use a simulated mohair roller, alternatively a synthetic bristle brush can be used for smaller areas. Where possible an HVLP sprayer can be used.

Clean and degrease the surface with Tensid Cladex HD or Tensid Cladex LD, depending upon the degree and type of soiling. Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry.

Shake the product prior to use. Apply a thin coat using cross link action i.e. top to bottom and right to left movements. Always use top to bottom as final action. The product can be diluted up to a maximum of 10% with clean water. Porous and weathered surfaces normally require priming with Tensid Cladex Prime. Clean tools and equipment in clean water. A second coat can be applied if required.
