Graphenstone GrafClean Premium is a traditional silicate lime based paint with a matt finish suitable for both interior walls.

Graphenstone GrafClean is a premium ecological, natural mineral based paint for interior use. Combining sustainable minerals with a unique resin, GrafClean performs and applies like a standard acrylic paint. With fantastic coverage and opacity, GrafClean is the perfect all-rounder paint, where a washable, durable paint is needed.

Available in a full range of pastel to dark shades, GrafClean Premium provides exceptional washability to both interior walls.

• Flat matt – <4% sheen.
• Trace VOCs – less than 0.1%
• Durable – Class 1 wet scrub EN 13300. Perfect for high traffic areas
• Breathable – Class 1 vapour open; reduces condensation & allows walls to ‘breathe’
• Great opacity – High solids and great coverage, even in darker colours
• Fire resistant – rated Class 0 and B-s1, d0 (specification required)
• Excellent coverage – 10-16m2/L per coat
• Colour selection – Tintable into 98 House Colours and over 1000 NCS and RAL

Available in White and Graphenstone's traditional natural colour card range of colours. Suitable for application onto interior plaster, gypsum, mortars, old paint, prefabricated panels and unlaminated wallpaper, brick or perlite.

Suitable for interior walls & ceilings (including kitchens, bathrooms, high traffic). Domestic and commercial use.

Application

The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose such as Centrecoat GS36 Fungicidal Wash.

Depending on the nature of the surface, the actions prior to application of the paint vary as follows:

• Old glossy or satin paints and putties: Clean the surface and sand softly
• Absorbent substrates (e.g. concrete block or brick): Beforehand apply Graphenstone Ambient Primer Premium.
• If the substrate is wood, metal (without corrosion or oxidation) or non-porous (e.g. glazed tiles, phenolic panel, epoxy or polyurethane paints): Beforehand apply Graphenstone Four2Four Premium.

Shake and dilute with water using 10-15% per litre of product (Approx. 150-200ml water per litre of paint). Ensure good mixing. Avoid excessive shaking to minimise bubble occlusion.

Apply 2 or 3 coats evenly. Paint in sections, starting with borders. Without overloading the roller, dip it lightly into the paint to spread evenly. Do not paint over areas that are drying and avoid splices. Please note that an excess of product per coat can generate micro-fissures.
