Product Description

Sherwin Williams Epidek M377 is a specially formulated 2 pack epoxy deck coating with suitable profile and co-efficient of friction to comply with current MoD(N) requirements for flight decks and weather decks.

Best Uses

Suitable for Ministry of Defence flight decks and weather decks. May be used over suitably primed surfaces of steel or aluminium. Also suitable for prepared concrete surfaces.

Application

Apply using brush or sprayer such as Sagola 429/N Hopper Gun with a 4mm tip. Normally applied as a two coat system that is indefinitely overcoatable with itself provided the surface is clean, dry and free from contamination. Use appropriate primer as per Technical tab or see datasheet.

  • Macropoxy C425V2 Zinc Phosphate Primer/Buildcoat
  • Macropoxy L425 Zinc Phosphate Primer

Recommended Primers For Aluminium:

  • Macropoxy L425 Zinc Phosphate Primer

Technical Information

  • Do not apply if temperatures are below 10°
  • Dry Film Thickness: 250 microns
  • Recommended thinner: Sherwin Williams Thinner No.5
  • Pot Life: 10 hours at 15°C
  • Available in a limited range of colours
  • Available in 4 Litres
