Due to it's elastomeric crack bridging qualities, Remmers Color Flex is an ideal masonry paint for external walls that are susceptible to movement. It is being used to refresh and waterproof Park Homes coated in Resitex and will provide waterproofing and protection for up to 15 years. With high water repellence and weather resistance, Remmers Color Flex is ideal for building located in coastal or in exposed environment’s. Ideal for use within a system for temporary buildings that are susceptible to movement, or at risk of render damage during relocation and transport.
Remmers Color Flex is part of the Remmers Colorflex Render System for application and protection of park homes, static homes, mobile units and other portable, temporary buildings. Suitable for application to external renders constructed from OSB and MgO board and concrete facades.

The substrate must be dry, clean, load-bearing and free of dust. Free of aggressive salts. Prime load-bearing, mineral substrates with Remmers Funcosil BI. Stir well. Coat the surface using a suitable tool. Apply the material in 2 or 3 coats, depending on the condition of the substrate. Wait at least 8 hours between coats.
Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product. Intensive colours, such as yellow, red, etc. may have a lower hiding power due to their pigments. Apply an additional coat if required. Protect freshly treated surfaces from driving rain, wind, sunlight and condensation.
Apply using brush, surface brush, lambs wool roller or airless spraying equipment. Wash tools and any splashed material with water immediately and while wet.
