- Rapid hardening
- Non-yellowing and odorless after 24 hours
- Tension-free
- Excellent wet abrasion resistance
- Good stain-blocking properties
- Regulates substrate absorption
- Unsaponifiable
Application
Surfaces must be sound, dry and consistent. Apply via brush, 12mm woven polyamide roller (ROTA Lotex type or similar), or airless spray. Can be applied undiluted using airless sprayers with a theoretical output of 3 l/ min or more.
Nozzle: 0,017’’ ou 0,019’’ Pressure: 160-200 bar Filter: 100 mesh (149 μm).
Suppled ready to use. Ensure air and substrate temperature is above 8°C (caution if T> 35°C) with relative humidity lower than 70%.
Over all types of substates (concrete, plaster, lime, old coatings): 1 to 2 coats depending on the condition of the substrate. The second coat can be applied after 12-24h.
Surface and Environment
This reformulated version of Classidur Tradition is designed for use on plaster, concrete and mortar, as well as surfaces stained with nicotine, dried water or soot. Once applied, Classidur ModernPlus2 AF Mat offers exceptional blocking protection against all of these stains, as well as containing biocides to resist the growth of mould. Classidur ModernPlus2 AF Mat can be used internally in a number of different environments, for example, changing rooms, butchers and industrial kitchens.
