Rustoleum Fassiprim Aqua XPE is easy and quick to apply and offers excellent flow properties to ensure a smooth, finish to paint work. Fassiprim Aqua XPE in practice is just as simple to use as a solvent based primer. Fassiprim Aqua XPE is suitable for all different types of wood and well cleaned, well adhering old coatings.
This damp regulating paint is quick and easy to apply offers a matt finish that provides an excellent key providing excellent adhesion for all water based topcoats such as Fassiprim Aqua Matt, Satin and Gloss.
Rustoleum Fassiprim Aqua XPE is water based, quick drying, has an excellent flow and levelling, low VOC contents, is easy to apply, has an excellent adherence and hiding power, is almost odourless and can be sanded.
Preparation for new work
The substrate must be clean, dry and free of oil and dirt. Deteriorated wood has to be removed to the sound wood. For very porous substrates like fir and pine it is recommended to apply a second primer coat.
For existing work
Clean, degrease and sand. Remove loose, flaking or cracked paint layers. Treat bare areas as new work.
