Graphenstone Ecoputty Premium is a mineral plaster for smoothing rough surfaces or large surface defects.

Graphenstone Ecoputty Premium is ideal for smoothing damaged internal and external masonry. Also, Graphenstone Eco Putty P64 is ideal for repairing chipping or bagging of existing paint with a deterioration of less than 3mm.

Graphenstone Ecoputty Premium P64 can be applied on all surface types common to construction such as plaster, brick, concrete, pre-fabricated panels, etc.

Application

The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose such as Centrecoat G36 Fungicidal Wash.

If the substrate is not well adhered, remove the non-adherent areas by scraping and brushing. If the substrate has salt deposits, brush and apply Graphenstone Neutralysal Premium.

Shake and gradually add 4-5L of water until a homogenous pasty texture is achieved. Apply a layer spreading the product adequately. After drying, sand and brush. Working thickness <3 mm.

At 25°C and 60% relative humidity, the substrate is ready for sanding after 24-48 hours and 48-72 hours for painting.
