Graphenstone Minerseal Premium is the ideal product for reducing absorption of very absorbent substrates, such as mud and clay. It is also ideal for use on exposed mineral substrates including, plaster, concrete, rendering and calcareous sandstone. Perfect for use on substrates that have poor adhesion due to sand or dust for example.
Always ensure that the surface to be treated is dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product. Remove any organic growth and other impurities by thoroughly cleaning with an appropriate product.
Please note if the substrate is not well adhered, you should remove the non-adherent areas by scraping and brushing away.
The recommended application method is by roller, brush or airless spray. If applying to mineral substrates, these must be at least 28 days old, cured and dry.
Ensure that the surfaces to be painted are resistant to high alkalinity and do not apply to surfaces with stagnant water or that are in permanent contact with water.
Dilute 3:1 with water and shake until homogenous.
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Minerseal Premium, depending on the substrate absorption and desired protection level. However, be careful to not saturate the substrate with the product.
We recommended that you protect the treated surface from rain and atmospheric humidity for 4 days.
Always carry out preliminary tests when there are strict aesthetic requirements, as the product may cause slight darkening of the finish.
