Rustoleum Hard Hat Aerosol Marking Paint 2300 is based on a fast drying short oil alkyd (2358 Fluo Red-Orange is based on an acrylic resin). Suitable for use on a multitude of substrates.
Based on lead- and chromate free pigments, Rustoleum Hard Hat Aerosol Marking Paint 2300 is suitable for use on a multitude of substrates including metal, asphalt, gravel, soil and grass, etc. Rustoleum Hard Hat Aerosol Marking Paint 2300 is not water-soluble and should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications. Rustoleum Hard Hat Aerosol Marking Paint 2300 is designed for quick and easy marking of construction and excavation sites, underground utilities and for traffic safety.
Remove dirt, grease, oil and all other surface contaminants by appropriate means. The surface must be clean and dry during application. Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use. Invert can and point spray button at ground or floor. Hold can approx. 10 - 15 cm above the surface to be marked. Press spray button to start spraying. Use a steady even stroke while spraying. After use turn can upright and press spray button for 2 - 3 seconds to clean valve.Dry in 20 minutes and resistance to 100°C.
- For good results the relative humidity shall be below 85% and the temperature of the can and substrate above 0°C.
