FORS Deliveries To Site
On request we can arrange special deliveries to secure addresses such as Network Rail, Crossrail, nuclear and military sites. If you require special delivery to site approved under Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), please contact our sales team for a quotation on 01462 421 333.
Delivery Address
- Goods can be delivered either to your home address or an alternative address.
- If paying by credit or debit card we recommend that goods are delivered to the address associated with the card.
- If you request delivery to an alternative address this raises security issues and verification in these circumstances may delay your order.
- Please Note: If you request an order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, it is at your own risk
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as the Coronavirus pandemic, deliveries may take longer than expected. There is no guarantee that delivery time frames will be met.
Important
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Please do not arrange for labour or access to apply the products until they are in your possession.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
