SigmaFast 220 is made up of two components, a base and a hardener, that mix together to produce a highly durable and flexible substance designed for direct application to metal substrates.
SigmaFast 220 is particularly suited to steel and galvanised steel where a decorative glossy finish is desired. As well as being highly appealing on the eye, 220 offers excellent adhesion ready to recoated with most polyurethane paint products.
SigmaFast 220 is easy to apply using airless spray but can be applied using brush too, for small trickier areas that require more accuracy. SigmaFast 220 has a fast drying time of just 1 hour and is ready to recoat after 4 hours.
Surface and Environment
SigmaFast 220 is ideal for use in the interior of shops and offers a fast curing product that minimises downtime, commercially. SigmaFast 220 offers good resistance to natural atmospheric conditions caused by everyday life and will not fade or yellow when exposed to UV light.
