Centrecoat Rapid Dry Gloss is a single pack quick drying industrial top coat paint that is suitable for use on both steel and concrete.
Centrecoat Rapid Dry Gloss is a single pack quick drying industrial paint formulated using xylene to produce an acrylic resin based topcoat that is suitable for use on both steel and concrete. Rapid Dry Gloss can be applied at low temperatures and will produce a smooth satin gloss finish when applied by spray but can also be applied to small areas by brush or roller.
- Fast drying
- Good exterior durability
- Excellent Gloss and colour retention
- VOC compliant as a finish
Can be applied on most sound clean paint systems or onto clean bare metal which has been primed with a suitable primer. Application temperature range 5-30°C. Substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above dew point. Maximum relative humidity during application and curing is 85%.
Stir well before use. The temperature of the paint should preferably be above 15°C, otherwise extra thinner may be required to obtain application viscosity. Too much solvent results in reduced sag resistance. Adequate ventilation must be maintained during application and curing. Addition of thinner may increase the VOC value of the product to greater than 420g/l.
Apply using brush, roller, airless spray or air spray as per datasheet.
- Offers good abrasion resistance
- Good flexibility
- Excellent water resistance
- Good chemical resistance
